Les Bières du Cabestan, brewed in northern France, set out in 2015 to create a range of artisan beers rooted in traditional methods. These beers are subjected to a five-week ripening process after production to develop all of the subtleties that set Les Bières du Cabestan apart. All ingredients are locally sourced in northern France from environmentally responsible farms.
